Online Program “Path into the Body”
The program consists of consecutive 6-week modules. Each module is a complete stage, while together they create one continuous process.

Each module can be taken as a separate stage, but together they deepen the work — from support and regulation toward sensitivity, boundaries, and deeper connection.

No, joining is only possible at the beginning of a new module. This supports the safety of the process and the integrity of the group.
This is completely normal. You are not expected to share more than you’re ready to. The process unfolds gradually, with respect for your pace.
No. The group is a different format, with different possibilities. In some cases, I may recommend individual sessions alongside the group.
It’s best to attend live, as this supports the shared process and the group field. At the same time, I understand that life happens. Sessions are recorded — they remain confidential and are available only to participants of the current module.
The meeting should take about 1.5 to 2 hours.
