Visibility and Money
It can be difficult to feel comfortable receiving money, attention, or support. Inside, there may be a sense that “it’s not okay to want more.” We work with body responses to build stability in how you show up and in your sense of self-worth.
There may be closeness, but also tension, fear, or distance. Connection with yourself and your partner begins to fade. We restore inner support and the ability to stay in real, alive contact.
Losing Connection in a Relationship
Aware, but Something Still in the Way
And this is something we can work with.
In the other, everything seems to be working, but something is not fully there — less sensitivity, less closeness, less aliveness.

Or the opposite — life is generally stable, but something feels missing.
Less depth. Less connection with yourself, your body, your life.
In one case, your body stays in a constant sense of alert: tension, anxiety, control, difficulty sleeping.
You’re holding a lot: family, relationships, work, other people.
There is anxiety inside, and a lack of inner support, even when everything looks “fine” on the outside.
You are strong — and you are tired.
You understand a lot, reflect, and have tried different approaches. But it’s hard to fully feel and let things move through. We shift from understanding to embodied experience and real change.
Over-responsible and Tired
You carry a lot. Rest doesn’t really restore you, and your body stays tense. We gradually rebuild inner support, rest, and the ability to not hold everything on your own.
What I Help With
04
We find a safe pace of change, without pressure or “pull yourself together”
03
We untangle early automatic reactions: freezing, control, urgency, hyper-responsibility
02
We restore a sense of support and boundaries from within
01
We learn to notice body anxiety before it “takes over”
What happens during the sessions?
Gradually, the nervous system learns to move out of constant tension and return to stability.
We don’t work through “correct thoughts,” but through the state of the system: the body, breathing, tone, boundaries, response to closeness, and the ability to tolerate desires and contact.
it becomes easier to relax and recover
it becomes easier to receive support, money, attention, and love — without guilt
more clarity: what I want, what suits me, where my boundaries are
more closeness and genuine contact with yourself and others
relationships have more selfhood, less control and self-loss
less inner tension and “background anxiety”
it becomes easier to be in contact with life, to feel and respond
WHAT CHANGES?
Ways to Work Together
Individual Therapy
Regular online or in-person sessions. A deep, ongoing process where we work with body responses, your nervous system, emotions, boundaries, and repeating life patterns — in a safe and supportive space.
Group Therapy
Small groups for women, where we build inner support, learn to relax, and stay connected to ourselves in relationship with others. A combination of guided practices and therapeutic work in the group field — developing body awareness, boundaries, capacity for closeness, and emotional resilience.
CLIENT RESULTS
My life looks great on paper, but I don’t feel like I’m truly in it.
The Struggle: On the outside, everything looked perfect: composure, success, and control. But inside, there was constant tension, a lack of sensitivity, and a disconnect from the body. Life was moving forward, but the sense of "presence" was missing.

The Transformation: Through our process, the connection to self began to return—through the body, emotions, vulnerability, and the honest processing of feelings. Numbness was replaced by vitality, inner support, and pleasure. Life is no longer just "passing by"; it is now being lived deeply from within.
I don’t feel any desire. Is there something wrong with me?
The Struggle: Relationships may feel warm and intimate, yet that "spark of life" seems to vanish. Often, it’s not about being "broken"—it’s a deeper story involving shame, internal prohibitions, or family patterns where desire became something dangerous or impossible.

The Transformation: In our work, I look beyond the symptoms to find why the body chooses to go numb and where your vital energy is being lost. Gradually, through gentle self-connection, my clients rediscover their sensitivity, their right to want, and a vibrant relationship with themselves.
Woman, 43. Successful professional. Mother of three.
The Struggle: Following a divorce, she sought a new quality of life rather than just "healing" the past. A familiar pattern emerged: whenever a man was near, she would begin to lose herself—struggling to say "no," suppress her own desires, and over-adjusting just to maintain the connection.

The Transformation: Together, we uncovered the root: the fear of losing the relationship wasn't about the specific person, but a habit of prioritizing the bond at the cost of herself. She learned to listen to her own voice, handle others' reactions, and stand in her truth. This is where true intimacy begins—without losing oneself.
